Because pictures speak a thousand words.

This collage depicts my time on Valks in the year 2011! From working our butts off at local competitions to ending the hard work with Nationals. We were glorious nerds, defeated bullies, and we even walked on sunshine. Not to mention, we preached the term “carpe diem” like no other. Then there was spring show with the solos and the crying - even though it wasn’t the last time we were dancing together. Senior rally was… and that was sad. But before that was the banquet and then every other memory in between. Anyway, although Valks was super expensive, time consuming, and sometimes left me feeling not so great about myself, it was something I don’t regret and I wouldn’t have lived my high school years any other way.
